Variation in product

 

Innerblume does not guarantee the exact colour or variation of any of the plants or flowers used. Due to flowers being seasonal and natural products each flower is subject to differences and environmental impacts.

Delivery Dates

As part of our checkout process on, you will be able to select the preferred delivery date.  Our team will make every effort to ensure we satisfy your selection. All deliveries will be fulfilled between 9AM - 5PM.

Returns & Refunds

 

Due to our products being made from nature, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the arrangement please contact us at hello@innerblume.com.au and we will try to resolve the situation.

 

Prices & Payments

 

All prices given exclude delivery cost. Delivery will be calculated upon checkout based on the recipient delivery location.

 

All payments are made securely via Stripe. For credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) made directly on Innerblume are processed by Stripe. Alternatively, we also accept payments made via Afterpay.

 

Delivery

 

If the recipient is not at the delivery address when the courier arrives, we will leave the flowers at the delivery address in a safe spot. If necessary, our driver will contact the recipient/sender to let them know where the flowers have been left.

 

In some cases where the recipient lives at a unit/flat/apartment and are not present to receive flowers/there is no ‘safe spot’ we will attempt to rearrange the delivery (fees may apply to sender).

 

Where an incorrect delivery address is provided, we can re-deliver however additional fees will apply.

 

All our bouquets are wet-packed to ensure flowers remain fresh.

 

Cancellations

 

For all orders, a cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to delivery date. Cancellations can be made by contacting hello@innerblume.com.au
